  • Completed passport application form

  • Proof of payment of Saint Kitts & Nevis passport fees

  • Two personal photos

    • The photos should be a recent taken within the last six months.

    • The photo size should be 45x35 mm in size.

    • The full face must be visible (no sunglasses or hats, and in the case of veiled women, head coverings must be black in color and not obstruct the hairline), facial expressions must be neutral, ears must be visible, and no teeth should be showing.

    • The background must be solid and neutral in color.

    • The reverse side of one copy of the photographs must be endorsed by the Recommender with the words: “I certify that this is a true likeness of the applicant (stating the applicant’s full name)” and should bear the recommender’s signature and official stamp. (The Recommender should be a person of official standing or personally acquainted with the applicant, not including family members.)

  • Original birth certificate or original citizenship certificate (in case of obtaining Saint Kitts & Nevis citizenship by investment).

  • Stamps fees

  • Old passport in the case of passport renewal.

  • Police record

  • Marriage/divorce certificate, if applicable

  • Passport recovery form, in the event of a previous lost or stolen Saint Kitts & Nevis passport
